Package includes:

• Initial Consultation: An in-depth assessment taking a comprehensive history of your symptoms, any medical conditions and history, reviewing your current diet, lifestyle, and health goals. Consultations held at the clinic, on Zoom, or may be in your own home depending on location.

• Personalised Nutrition Plan: A tailored Nutrition plan based on your specific needs, advice on how to incorporate the advice into your day to day life. You will receive education to understand the links between your nutrition, lifestyle and your health conditions.

• Supplement Recommendations: Advice on natural supplements (if needed) to complement the diet and address any nutritional deficiencies. Discounts may be available.

​​

• Blood or Stool testing: Recommendations for testing as necessary. Discount codes may be available, with advice on accessing phlebotomy services. (Testing occurs additional costs).

• Analysis and interpretation of any tests undertaken by your GP or privately.

• Follow-up Sessions: Regular check-ins to monitor progress, adjust the plan, and provide ongoing support over 3 months.

• Weekly text/Whatsapp check in for motivation or to answer questions​.

• Regular Zoom calls or phone calls (usually 2 weekly) to check in, review symptoms, adjust plan as needed.

• 45 mins follow up review either in-person or on Zoom towards the end of your plan to discuss your progress and future needs.

• Lifestyle and Behaviour Change Support: Guidance on mindful eating, stress management, and habits that promote a healthier lifestyle. Changing your habits is not easy, so the regular ongoing support available with this package will help you navigate through the challenges!

• Exercise/movement plan: To support your nutrition plan or a 1-1 Personal Training session to demonstrate exercises.
